Tyler Peterson from Hickson ND in his #1TPO Midwest Modified has a photo finish win of only .016 seconds which is the closest finish in track history since electronic scoring to edge out John Halverson from Warren MN in his #35 Midwest Modified at The World Famous Legendary Bullring River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks ND
The previous record was established in 2012 which also was a World of Outlaw WORLD RECORD for the closest finish since electronic scoring. The record was set by World of Outlaw Late Model Driver Darrell Lanigan for a .024 second margin over second place which happened during the A Main Feature event at River Cities Speedway as well.
